Powered Sites
- Large slab & artificial grass sites.

The powered sites at BIG4 Saltwater are the largest you’ll find anywhere in the area. So if space is something you value, you’ll definitely want to check us out.
We have both slab and grass sites available, but even our slab sites have enough grassed area around them for people camping in tents or camper-trailers.
And our longer sites are great for anyone with a long van or a fifth-wheeler – we have plenty of sites available no matter how big your setup.
The majority of our powered sites are in two circles around a central camp kitchen & lounge area. But we do have other areas with powered sites available, including four powered sites sitting right on the shores of the Clarence.
Dog Friendly Info
- Dogs permitted at manager’s discretion
- Must book over the phone and let us know you have a dog
- Dogs allowed on specific sites.
- Large sites (at least 8m x 8m).
- Many sites at least 8m x 12m.
- Plenty of shade on many sites.
- Sites close to amenities available.
- Sites close to camp kitchens available.
- Water on all sites.
- Sites closer to amenities/further from river.
- Sites closer to river/further from amenities.
- Camp fires allowed on site.
- Loads of space means we’re great for large groups.
- NB – limits apply to equipment/vehicles parked on your site, but there is plenty of room in our overflow parking areas for additional cars, boats etc.
Unpowered Sites
- Large grass sites.
- Great for group bookings.
We have a number of large grass, unpowered sites here at BIG4 Saltwater. The majority of those sites are in what we call the River camp area, and as the name suggests they’re pretty close to the Clarence river.
We also have a small number of sites on the opposite side of the park in what we call the Forest camp area.
So which area is the best area for you?
Well the river sites are beautiful, but they are much further away from the amenities than the Forest sites.
The Forest sites are closer to the amenities and park facilities, but further from the river.
Both options provide very large sites.
